make sure the first one is dotted and shaded up and the second one is solid and shaded down

1. divide both sides by 3

y>2/3x+4

plot the y axis at (0,4) (given by the +4) then go up 2 and over 3 to plot at (6,8) (given by the 2/3 since the slope is rise over run. since it is excluded (not or equal to), use the dotted line. since y>, shade up.

2. subtract 2x

y</=-2x-5

plot the y-intercept at (0,-5) and go down 2, over 1 (-2 aka -2/1). since it is included (or equal to) use a solid line and since y< shade down
