Hello There!

Given solid figure is the cuboid..

So, Given:

Length = 7cm

Width = 2cm

Height = 3cm

As we know,

• Volume of the cuboid = length x Width x Height

Do, The volume of the given solid figure in attachment is:

= l x b x h

= 7 x 2 x 3

= 42cm³

More Information:

  • A cuboid is a 3D shape that has six faces, twelve edges and eight vertices. Each of its faces is a rectangle.
  • The unit of length of a cuboid can be any units of length like mm,cm,m, etc.
  • Since the side length is cubed in the formula of volume of a cuboid, the unit should also be cubed. Hence, the unit of volume of a cuboid will be the cube of any unit of length like m³ , cm³ and mm³ etc..
  • Volume of cuboid = length x Width x height
  • Total surface Area of cuboid = 2 (length × breadth + breadth × height + length × height)
  • Lateral Surface area of cuboid = 2 height(length + breadth)..

Hope this helps you :)!
