∠ BPE and ∠ DQP are corresponding angles and are congruent , so

∠ DQP = ∠ BPE = 110°

the exterior angle of a triangle is equal to the sum of the two opposite interior angles

∠ DQP is an exterior angle of Δ CFQ , that is

x + 30° = 110° ( subtract 30° from both sides )

x = 80°
