Smoking can lead to the decline of the health of your lungs. Since your lungs cannot naturally filter out everything from a cigarette, over time the gunk from the cigarette can start to build up in your lungs and turn them black. This can cause breathing issues, blood vessel restriction, your immune system to weaken, and etc.

Answer:

My answer goes like this:

smoking reduce the amount of blood flowing to the skin by constricting blood vessels near the skin's surface , depleting the skin of oxygen and essential nutrients transport in blood. Together these changes add up to what some doctors describe clinically as a 'smoker's face'.
