x = 65 degrees

y = 115 degrees

Explanation:

exterior angle property states that

angle a + angle b = angle y

so plugging our values in, we have

60 + 55 = y

y = 115

then to get angle c, we just have to take y and subtract it from 180

180 - 115 = x

x = 65
