Plug in the known values. The values we have is x, y, a, and b.

The (x,y) will be our (4,5), the (-2,-3) will be out (a,b).

(4 - -2)² + (5 - -3)² = r²

(4 + 2)² + (5 + 3)² = r²

Solve

(6)² + (8)² = r²

36 + 64 = r²

100 = r²

Square root on both sides

10 = r

The radius of the circle is 10.
