Explanation:

Well we know that the first pick is already a nurse which makes 6 nurses, 3 doctors, and 2 office staff. If we were to add all this up we would get 11 and knowing that we have 6 nurses we would have the probability of 6/11.

If we didn't have number 2 already then it would be 7/12 per chance and multiply both by themselves which give a 49/144 chance. But we did a nurse so the answer would be 6/11.
