To provide shade for the passer-by, a state Government plans to plant total 104 trees on both sides of a road for each distance of 1 km. How many trees will have to be planted if the road is 345 km long?​

Answer: 35,880 trees

Explanation:

Number of trees planted for each 1 km of road = 104 trees

Length of the road = 345 km

To find the total number of trees we can multiply the number of trees planted for each 1 km by the length of the road:
