∠ QOP = 19°

Explanation:

the exterior angle of a triangle is equal to the sum of the 2 opposite interior angles

∠ PQR is an exterior angle of the triangle , then

∠ PQR = ∠ OPQ + ∠ QOP ( substitute values )

8x - 11 = 3x + 5 + 2x + 5

8x - 11 = 5x + 10 ( subtract 5x from both sides )

3x - 11 = 10 ( add 11 to both sides )

3x = 21 ( divide both sides by 3 )

x = 7

Then

∠ QOP = 2x + 5 = 2(7) + 5 = 14 + 5 = 19°
