Answer: 0.88

Work Shown:

P(D \text{ given } C) = (P(D \cap C))/(P(C))\\\\P(D \text{ given } C) = (0.35)/(0.40)\\\\P(D \text{ given } C) = 0.875 \approx \boldsymbol{0.88}

The value 0.875 is exact.

P(D \cap C) = 0.35 is found in the "D" row and "C" column.

P(C) = 0.40 is found at the bottom of the "C" column.
