Explanation:

whenever an algebra question has an "=" between to expressions especially fractions, it means cross multiplying what I mean by that is multiply the denominator with the numirator of the other fraction and same for the other term for ex. here cross multiply 4 and 25 similarly cross multiply 5 and x this will give you 100=5x and from here you can leave x alone and move 5 with the 100 and since 5 is being multiplied with x when it goes over to the other side of "=" it does the opposite operation which is divide. This gives us 100/5=x

simplify this and you'll get 20=x
