convert 1 3/4 into 1 6/8 to match the 3/8
1 3/4 + 3/8 = 2 1/8
2 1/8 x 3 = 6 3/8


Part B:
7 yards
6 3/8 yards used
7- 6 3/8 = 5/8

Part C:
No, she does not. Because each apron requires 2 1/8 yards, and Susan only has 5/8 yards left.
