If you have a large amount of protein in your urine, it could mean that you have an issue with your kidneys because your kidneys are suppose to filter out your water that you intake and use the protein in your body.

This condition is called Nephrotic Syndrome.

Leukocytes in your Urine is abnormal because it is a sign of infection.
This can be Lithiasis or Urinary tract stones.

WBC may end up in your urine because of Inflammation, which could also be caused by kidney stones, immune disorders, allergies, etc.
