To copy a folder or file follow these steps:

  • Press ctrl + C from the keyboard.
  • Right click on the file or folder.
  • Then a menu will appear, simply click on this menu and copy option will appear. Select 'copy' option.

Q2. How to apply style from style group?

To apply style from style group follow these steps:

  • Select on the text which you want to style.
  • Click on Home tab.
  • Styles group option will appear and click on It.
  • Select the style.
