Give the sample space describing all possible outcomes. Then give all of the outcomes for the event that the number chosen is 1. Use the format H 1 to mean that the coin toss is heads and the number chosen is 1. If there is more than one element in the set, separate them with commas. I don't understand the last sentence about "sample space". I think you mixed up something, made typos, left something out, ...

anyway, the sample space is

H 1

H 4

T 1

T 2

T 3

T 4

so, we can see, the outcomes for the event that the number 1 is chosen are

H 1
