Answer: D. 12

Explanation:

(f+g)(4)

is the same thing as:

f(4) + g(4) This means to go to graph and find what the function is when x is 4 for both f and g

f(4) = 9 when x =4, y=9

g(4) =3 when x=4, y=3

so:

(f+g)(4)

=f(4) + g(4)

=9 + 3

=12
