  • A question . What is an irrational number ?

An irrational number cannot be shown in fraction form . Fraction form is a/b, where b is not equal to 0 .

Some examples of irrational numbers are π , e , √2 , ∛5 , etc .

  • Rationals can be shown as fractions .
  • Integers are all positive , negative , and zero .
  • Whole numbers are only positives , and zero .
  • Real numbers include all of the above .
