Given to us:–

  • A line's equation :
    \mathsf{ y = (3)/(2) - (1)/(4) x}

To find:–

  • Slope and y-intercept = ??

In equations of this format , The slope is always x's coefficient , while the y - intercept is the constant term .

For this problem , The constant term is 3/2 , and the slope is -1/4.

Henceforth, Constant : 3/2 , Slope : -1/4
