Note that the voltage source has nothing to do with the answer....

R total = 1 / (1/r1 + 1/r2) = 1 / ( 1/100 + 1/200) = 66.67 Ω

OR

r total = r1 * r2 / ( r1+r2) = 100* 200 / 300 = 66.67 Ω
