The scale factor of -4 means that you are going backwards. J is at (1,2) From the center this is up 1 and right 2, with a scale factor of -4 you will go from the point (1,2), down 1 and left 2 four times. That gets you to the point (-4,-8).

You do the same thing for the other 2 points.
