3(x + 2) > x

To solve using the distributive property ,

3x + 6 > x

Subtract 6 on both sides ,

3x > x - 6

Subtract x on both sides ,

3x - x > -6

2x > -6

Divide 2 to both sides ,

x > -3

Henceforth, Answer : x > -3
