You would get Ms.Richards percentage subtract Mr.Reids

37 - 30 = 7%

7% is the percentage of how many more votes Ms.Richards got than Mr.Reid. You need to find out how many votes 7% is, to find how many votes 7% equals all you have to do is turn 7% into a decimal 0.07 and multiply by 300 (because that's how many people voted assuming 1 person = 1 vote) which will give u the answer 21 votes
