y = x+3

y = x+3. It is a positive gradient, not negative. Using the line formula equation (y = mx + c)

to get the gradient : rise/run

eg. 5-4/2-1 = 1

therefore gradient = 1

the y-intercept = 3 (show in the graph)

so, equation is y = x+3
