Answer:

y=4x-10

Explanation:

We know that when a line is parallel to another line, the slopes are the same. So, the slope of the new line will also be "4x".

Remember the equation:

y=mx+b

and we can use the equation:

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

Substitute:

y-14=4(x-6)

simplify

y-14=4x-24

add 14 to both sides

y=4x-10

So, your new equation is:

y=4x-10

Hope this helps! :)
