28. arc ABC - is equal to 140 degrees because ab is 50 and bc is 90 we know this because there are three angles that form a straight line(180 degrees)

(5\pi )/(2) - the equation because radius is half of diameter: 2\pi (5)((90)/(360))

30. 130 degrees - its a central angle so the arc length is the angles that it covers
