Where do i mark and is the circle open or closed and which way does the line goes?

Answer: The circle is open because the inequality symbol is less than but not less than or equal to, mark at 23, and as for the other one, mark at negative 5 and the circle is open.

the line is going to the left for 23 and right for -5
