Received angry response from buyer demanding his money back. I contacted Poshmark PRIOR to label request, 7 hours after bid accepted. How do I respond? I am sure he will give me low rating due to this. Please advise.

Handling Angry Buyers

When dealing with angry buyers, it's important to remain calm and professional. Apologize for any inconvenience caused and try to understand their perspective. Offer a solution or refund if appropriate, and communicate clearly to address any misunderstandings. It's crucial to maintain a positive tone and provide excellent customer service, even in challenging situations.

Responding to Negative Ratings

If the buyer leaves a low rating, it's important to respond politely and professionally. Apologize for any issues they experienced and offer to rectify the situation if possible. It's also helpful to explain your side of the story or any extenuating circumstances. Other potential buyers will see your response and can form their own opinion based on the interaction.

Poshmark Fees and Shipping

Some users expressed frustration with the fees and shipping prices on Poshmark. While the fees and shipping costs may seem excessive compared to other platforms, it's important to consider the value that Poshmark provides, such as conflict mediation and a large buyer base. It's also worth noting that shipping rates on Poshmark are often cheaper than retail rates at the post office. However, it's understandable that sellers may feel frustrated with the fees and shipping costs impacting their earnings.
