PLEASE HELP!! ASAP!!!!!!

Use the formulas for the area and perimeter of a rectangle to solve this problem.

Draw a rectangle that has:

an area of 35 square centimeters
a perimeter of 24 centimeters
The point on the grid represents one vertex of this rectangle.

Draw the sides of the rectangle along the grid lines. Each square in the grid has a side length of 1 centimeter.

Answer: length of 7 and width of

Step-by-step explanation: The formula for area is l x w. So multiplying 7 x 5 is 35.

For perimeter you add all the sides together so 7 + 7 + 5 + 5 = 24. These numbers are correct for both parts of the question

(Should look like 7 squares on top and 5 on the side)
