45°

Explanation:

Using Cosine Law.

Theta = 12/17

= 0.7

cos^-1(0.7)

= 45°

or you can also use:

90° + x° + x° = 180°

since its a right angled triangle,

half of 90 is 45 therefore, x = 45°

45 degrees … since the triangle is a right triangle the two acute angles are automatically 45 degrees… 90+45+45=180
