Tennis, pickle ball, swimming, yoga and walking are good examples of lifetime sports. Swimming in the water exercises are really good for the joints. Yoga is based on your own pace and helps manage your flexibility and the joints. Start small and then build your way up. Check local clubs like YMCA, or seniors clubs or centers.

Just remember, it's never too late to start
