Did Galileo Galilee's support of the Copernican theory oppose the beliefs of the Catholic Church? provide evidence please, it's for an essay and im really stuck on it haha. it did oppose the beliefs but i did my research and I'm majorly confused. thanks!! also if you could include, what Catholic scripture proves that they disagree with the Copernican theory,and can you go into depth with the scripture and what it means? ​
