Answer: 15

Explanation:

I am not so familiar of this so sorry if I give the wrong answer but here's what I have:

Let P = # people who speak Portuguese

Let F = # people who speak French

Let N = # people who speak neither languages

Let B = # people who speak both Portuguese and French

Total = P+F-B+N

Subsitute the information and solve:

100 = 32+62-B+21

-> 100 = 115-B

-> B = 115-100

-> B = 15

Therefore, 15 people in the group speak both Portuguese and French.
