In a series dilution we want to dilute a sample in three tubes: The first tube is 10 mL and is a 1/5. dilution, the second tube is 10 mL and is a 1/10 dilution and the third tube is 5 mL and is a 1/5 dilution. If my original concentration of acetic acid in water is 12500ppm, what is the concentration in each tube and how many mL of original solution and water is in Tube 1 , how much tube 1 how much water are in tube 2 and how much tube 2 and water are in tube 3 ?
