Answer:

x + 5y = -5

5y = -x - 5

y = (-1/5)x - 1

A line that is perpendicular to this line will have a slope of 5.

1 = 5(3) + b

1 = 15 + b

b = -14

y = 5x - 14

-5x + y = -14

5x - y = 14
