Step-by-step explanation:

Around the 1990's was about the time where inequality started to rise tremendously. The reason for this was because of an imbalance to a large decline at the bottom of the distribution. During this time, close to all region around the world would be witnesses to a rise in religion, counting a religious fundamentalism that frequently led to terrorism. The increasing amount of poverty, crimes, fewer education and job opportunities came from an overflow of immigrants that would self-segregate into ethnic neighborhoods that played a role in intensifying divisions. While democrats wanted to solve racial issues all over the country, republicans forced for established family values. Many ethnic groups didn't see a need to follow those rules of the republicans. While Asian-Americans were excelling in studies, and African-Americans were gaining education; it was decreasing what republicans would call "traditional family" in White Americans. This also led to a decrease in jobs as many did not want African-Americans. Leading to a big problem in poverty as well.
