The number of tulips is 90.

Let 'x' be the number of tulips.

The number of roses = Half of the number of tulips =
(x)/(2)

The number of daisies = Twice the number of tulips = 2x

The total number of flowers = 315

∴ The number of flowers= the sum of all the flowers

⇒ 315 = x +
(x)/(2) + 2x

Multiply all by 2 to remove the denominator,

⇒ 630 = 2x + x + 4x

630 = 7x

x = 630 ÷ 7

x = 90

Thus, the number of tulips is equal to 90.
