The current passing through each resistance in series resistance is the same, and the potential of each resistance decreases, that is, the voltage of each resistance is not necessarily the same; the voltage passing through each resistance in the parallel resistance is the same, but the current may be different. The above is not necessarily the same unless the resistance is the same.
