Answer:

p ≥ -21/2

Explanation:

1) Simplify 2/3p to 2p/3.

2p/3 + 10 >3

2) Subtract 10 from both sides.

2p/3 > 3 - 10

3) Simplify 3 - 10 to 7.

2p/3 - 7

4) Multiply both sides by 3.

2p > -7 * 3

5) Simplify 7 * 3 to 21.

2p > -21

6) Divide both sides by 2.

p > -21/2

Answer:

You would follow the simple Algebra Rules
(2/3) p <= -7 //subtract 7 from both side

p <= -7 *3/2 //we multiply the reverse fraction to both side, 1/2 * 2/1 = 1

therefore we can get
p<= -21/2

Note that we do not flip the sign because we have not mutiply or divide a negative number
