What do we know?

AB=DE, m∠A = m∠D, m∠B = m∠E.

Right off the bat we know that these triangles are congruent by ASA.

When we map the shape of ΔABC to ΔDEF, we can associate A-D, B-E, C-F. (the order of the abbreviation matters! ^)

This diagram refrains from using congruence and instead tells you FOR SURE AB=DE rather than AB≅DE.

What does this mean? It means that if the congruent triangles have equal parts, then the rest of the triangle must be also equal to fulfill congruence.

Because of this, we know that C' and F are the same distance from D along the same ray.

Note: I don't know if this is your answer 100%, but it is true when you do the steps.
