a = 7 , b = 11

Explanation:

in a parallelogram

• opposite sides are congruent

thus

QR = TS , that is

4a = 3a + 7 ( subtract 3a from both sides )

a = 7

and

RS = QT , that is

2b = b + 11 ( subtract b from both sides )

b = 11
