SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!! I RLLY NEED THE ANSWER TO THIS!!!

The Pythagorean Theorem states that a² + b² = c?, where a and b are legs of a
right triangle and c is the hypotenuse. Are you able to simplify the Pythagorean
Theorem further to say that a + b = c? Explain.

yes, you can square root to entire equation to get to a+b=c, the square root cancels out the 2
