The perimeter is 78

Explanation:

To find area you have to multiply length x width.

(8x5)

To find perimeter you have to find the length of all the sides and add them

together. To find perimeter of a shape you do length x2 + width x2

(8x2 + 5x2)

Then you need to find the scale factor.
