Answer:

[Situation:Student is selected to be the Class Monitor and is having conversation regarding the rules]

Teacher: As a responsible student I have made you the class monitor.

Student: I promise I will try my level best to maintain the discipline of class. But for that, a few rules need to be changed and revised.

Teacher: Can you give a few examples for that?

Student: The rule that" two students can go outside the class at one time" should be changed.

Teacher: Okay,it should be changed. Moreover, I have listened of five big strategies of " rules, routines, praise, misbehavior, and engagement".

Students: In these regards,we can add a rule which says:

1.Treat others with respect at all times.

2.Listen to the teacher when s/he speaks.

3.Ask for help when you need it.

4.Be prepared every day with required items.

5.Respect other people's property.

6.Listen and follow directions.

7.Raise your hand before speaking or leaving your seat.

Teacher: These rules will be an effective way of maintaining discipline, hopefully!
