Explanation:

when you reflect something "across an axis" you can pretend to put a mirror there. (so instead of it being 4 to the left, its 4 to the right)

if you "put a mirror" across the y-axis, you'll notice that the y-values of a point do not change (their up/down doesnt change, they just flip across)

currently, the point K is at (2,2) when flipped over the y-axis[flipped vertically], the x-value becomes negative, forming (-2,2)

simplified:

so, we can "reflect" point K as so:

instead of 2 to the right (2) it will be 2 to the left (-2)

meaning instead of 2 as the x-value, it will be -2

and because it doesn't move vertically, the y-value remains the same (2)

so, we know that the new coordinate of point K will be (-2, 2)
