Py^2=9y^2+4\\\\y^2(P-9)=4\\\\y^2=(4)/(P-9)\\\\y=\pm \sqrt{(4)/(P-9)}

Part 2


y=\pm \sqrt{(4)/(12-9)}=\pm \sqrt{(4)/(3)}
