Explanation:

y = 41 (2-4t) divide both sides of the equation by 41

y/41 = ( 2-4t) subtract 2 from both sides

y/41 -2 = -4t divide both sides by -4

(y/41 -2) / -4 = t simplify a bit

(2 - y/41) / 4 = t
