I assume you may be graphing by hand but some pictures would help.

13. 3x^3. This is a cubic function so its kind of like a sideways "S" the range and domain always being infinite unless restrictions are applied. Firstly since the "3x" is a whole number this means that the function shrinks vertically.

14. -2x^2+1. So first the vertical shift is up 1. The "-2" is important because this means that the parabola reflects over the y-axis. Then the "^2" indicates a parabola. Aswell this graph shrinks vertically as well.

15. y = 1/3x^3. This is a cubic as well (like explained earlier) and since the A value is a fraction this means that the function stretches vertically.
