I'm not a graphic artist, so the attached poster leaves much to be desired. First, lets decide which shapes we should have. I randomly selected square, rectangle, and circle. One could consider triangles, polygons, parallelograms, and others.
Make a table with the shapes, and add dimensions. The table is on the poster. I made the table on a spreadsheet, so that formulas could be used to calculate the resulting areas for each shape, once the dimensions are entered. I modified the radius of the circle to add just enough area to meet the requirement of 100 in^2. The figures are proportionally correct.
