–5x − 2 ≤ –3x − 8

-5x - 2 ≤ -3x - 8

5x + 2 ≥ 3x + 8 (multiply both sides by -1, and flip the inequality sign)

2x + 2 ≥ 8 (subtract 3x from both sides)

2x ≥ 6 (subtract 2 from both sides)

x ≥ 3 (divide both sides by 2)
