A good lifestyle usually comes from two aspects, a proper diet and proper exercise. In this fast developing era, more and more people are starting to neglect these factors because of their busy work and the stress of life. The pace of life is getting faster and faster, competition is getting bigger and bigger, people are desperately trying to start their own business, succeed and earn money;Gradually, the awareness of self-health is neglected, and the stress of work also affects mental health. With the passage of time, various chronic diseases emerge. For myself, the thing I'd most like to change at the moment is my chaotic work schedule. I think my phone does take up a lot of my time, but I have a hard time quitting it or disciplining myself. I've tried not looking at my phone before I go to bed, but every time a message rings, I can't help but turn it on again. Then it's like a cycle, playing with my phone until I get sleepy. But I don't have the habit of turning off the silent because I'm always worried I'll miss something important, so that's where I struggle. I also have a very bad sleep quality and always wake up easily because of some loud noises, which confuses me because I used to be in the complete opposite state. But I have recently discovered some new ways in which I sleep better and for longer whenever I have done a lot of exercise during the day. Or a little wine before bed also helps me fall asleep more quickly. I'm not sure if this method is healthy, but it does achieve the results I'm looking for.
